What Will You Learn?
Â
In this instructional, you’ll get access to the same solo drills I’ve relied on since my early days as a youth wrestler, and continue to use today as an ADCC veteran and 3x College Wrestling Champion. These drills have been a core part of my training, helping me develop the proper mechanics for takedowns and takedown defense.
Â
Solo drills are essential for building your stand-up game and improving your grappling cardio—two key components for success in both wrestling and BJJ.
